Il tribunale, progettato nello stile neoclassico e costruito in pietra squadrata, fu completato intorno al 1795. Il design prevedeva una facciata principale simmetrica di cinque campate che si affacciavano su Main Street; c'era una breve scalinata che portava a un portone con colonne in ordine dorico che sostenevano un'architrave e un frontone. C'era una finestra alla veneziana al primo piano, un paio di finestre con tramezzo al secondo piano e un frontone contenente un oculo sopra.
