Chianciano Terme è ubicata nel settore sud-orientale della Toscana e della provincia di Siena, non lontano dal confine con l'Umbria e il Lazio. Località termale e terapeutica ben nota in Italia, la cittadina si sviluppa a cavallo tra la Val d'Orcia con le sue crete e la fertile Val di Chiana, tra le colline dei vini di Montepulciano e le attrattive rinascimentali di Pienza. Chianciano confina a nord con Montepulciano, a est con Chiusi, a sud con Sarteano e a ovest con Pienza.
