La battaglia di Millesimo fu combattuta tra il 13 e il 14 aprile 1796 dalle truppe austriache della prima coalizione, comandate dal generale Jean-Pierre de Beaulieu, e dalle truppe del Regno di Sardegna contro quelle francesi dell'Armata d'Italia comandata dal generale Napoleone Bonaparte, inviato in Italia dal Direttorio per contrastare la politica antirivoluzionaria e antifrancese degli Asburgo; fece seguito alla battaglia di Montenotte.
La battaglia riuscì a dividere gli schieramenti degli austriaci da quelli dei piemontesi, indebolendone così le forze e la capacità bellica.
