Da Bolzano via Merano attraverso la Val Venosta. Poi la salita nord da Prato allo Stelvio. Discesa a Bormio e salita nord al Passo Gavia. Giù fino a Ponte di Legno e fino al Passo del Tonale. Poi attraverso la Val di Sole fino a poco prima di Cles e via Fondo fino al Passo della Mendola.

Ora basta scendere a Bolzano
