34th Street-Penn Station è una stazione della metropolitana di New York situata sulla linea IRT Broadway-Seventh Avenue. Nel 2015 è stata utilizzata da un totale di 28 309 160 passeggeri.
La stazione venne aperta il 3 giugno 1917, come capolinea temporaneo del prolungamento della linea IRT Broadway-Seventh Avenue proveniente da 50th Street. Il 1º luglio 1918 la linea fu prolungata verso sud fino a South Ferry e di conseguenza 34th Street-Penn Station divenne una stazione di transito.
