Het oorspronkelijk Gotische burgerhuis uit de 15e eeuw werd in 1725 verworven door Johan Fischer, de kassier van de Haller munt, en kreeg rond deze tijd vermoedelijk zijn weelderige barokke stucwerken met bloemenranken, fruitbundels, schelpen en putti van de stucadoor Anton Gigl uit Wessobrunn, die rond 1723 naar Innsbruck was verhuisd.
