Description

Dorpscafé heden zogenaamd "Sint-Jan". Dubbelhuis van zes traveeën en twee bouwlagen onder mank zadeldak (pannen, nok evenwijdig aan de straat), uit eind 19de eeuw; rest van ouder metselwerk in beide zijgevels. Verankerde bakstenen lijstgevel afgelijnd door tandlijst tussen hoeklisenen. Omlijsting van voordeur en vensterdeur met balkon erboven markeren de deurtravee. Ingebouwde achterbouw van één bouwlaag onder steil zadeldak (nok evenwijdig aan de straat); één doorlopend oud volume vormend met aansluitend gecementeerd dorpshuis (nummer 3), mogelijk opklimmend tot eind 18de eeuw (zie vlechtingen in rechter zijpuntgevel). Voorheen gelegen achter openbare drinkpoel.
