Het arrondissement Hoei een van de vier arrondissementen van de Belgische provincie Luik. Het arrondissement heeft een oppervlakte van 659,36 km² en telde 113.409 inwoners op 1 januari 2019.
Het arrondissement Hoei is zowel een bestuurlijk als een gerechtelijk arrondissement. Tot het gerechtelijk arrondissement behoren ook de gemeenten Braives, Hannuit, Lijsem, Saint-Georges-sur-Meuse en Wasseiges van het arrondissement Borgworm en de gemeente Comblain-au-Pont van het arrondissement Luik.
