Voormalige zogenaamd "Huis Cuvelier" gesticht in 1875 door E. Cuvelier, steenkapper, gespecialiseerd in blauwe en witte steen, marmer, beeldhouwwerk, schouwen, grafmonumenten, opgevolgd door zijn zoon architect Henri Cuvelier (zie gevelplaat). Tot jaren 1930 met winkel. Dubbelhuis van drie traveeën en drie bouwlagen onder pannen zadeldak, met oudste kern en vroeger atelier achteraan, uit eind 19de eeuw. Lijstgevel met natuurstenen parement (witte steen en steen van Soignies), rechthoekig omlijste vensters en getoogde poort rechts. Links zijrisaliet met vroeger winkelraam. Diamantkoppen als versiering van de bovenste verdieping.
