Dit gebouw hoorde bij het complex van Alden Biesen. Op deze plek moesten de pachters hun cijns betalen aan de rentmeester.
Het gebouw stamt uit de 17de eeuw en is in Maaslandse stijl gebouwd. Ook behelst het een mooie tuin en hoeve.
In deze historische site is nu het hotel Martin's Rentmeesterij gelegen.
