Bijna 26 Km lang. Start aan het Hotel Auberge St. Pol. in de Bronlaan en vertrek naar het Zwinreservaat dan ga je de Oude Internationale zeedijk op tot en met Cadzand (NL) en zo verder naar Retrachement. Dan langs het kanaal naar Sluis en van Sluis naar St Anna ter muiden. Daar de oude Smokkelaarsroute (burkeldijk) naar de Hazegras waar de oude hoeven staan met Kersenpluk en hoeveijs. Dan weer verder naar het Oosthoekplein en verderaf terug naar Hotel Auberge St. Pol.
