Albsfelde is een gemeente in de Duitse deelstaat Sleeswijk-Holstein en maakt deel uit van het Amt Lauenburgische Seen in het Kreis Hertogdom Lauenburg. Albsfelde telt 76 inwoners. Het kleine straatdorp ligt tegen de oostelijke helling van de beboste Albsfelder Berg, waarvan de 80 meter hoge top echter in de naburige gemeente Lankau ligt. Een opvallend bouwwerk in het dorp is een oude waterput met hefboom.
De oudste bewoningssporen in de omgeving van Albsfelde zijn ca. 5000 jaar oud. Ten zuiden van het dorp ligt het bosgebied Albsfelder Tannen met daarin een groot aantal grafheuvels uit de bronstijd. Het dorp zelf wordt voor het eerst vermeld in 1230 als "Albrechtsfelde". Albsfelde was lange tijd in het bezit van de hanzestad Lübeck en werd pas in 1937 in het kader van het Groß-Hamburg-Gesetz onderdeel van het Hertogdom Lauenburg.
