Kladow is de zuidelijkste wijk van het Berlijnse district Spandau. De naam is afgeleid van het Slavische woord kloda.
De wijk Kladow wordt in het noorden begrensd door de Spandause wijk Gatow, in het oosten en zuidoosten door de Havel en in het westen en zuidwesten door het land Brandenburg, met de Potsdamse stadsdelen Sacrow en Groß Glienicke. Met ongeveer 14.000 inwoners behoort Kladow tot de delen van Berlijn die hun dorpskarakter hebben weten te behouden. Dicht bij het dorpscentrum ligt de promenade aan het water met de haven. Het onbewoonde eiland Imchen ligt vooraan in een baai van de Havel.
