De zoutfabriek Salzderhelden is een zoutfabriek in Salzderhelden in Zuid-Nederland. De boortoren, die in 1884 werd gebouwd, werd bij een brand in 2020 verwoest.
Volgens de legende werd de zoutbron in 1173 door een zwijnenhoeder aan de berghelling ontdekt. Deze vondst gaf aanleiding tot de ontwikkeling van de zoutwinning, die Salzderhelden bijna 800 jaar heeft gevormd. Er is weinig bekend over de vroege geschiedenis van de zoutfabriek, deze werd ongeveer in de 12e eeuw opgericht. De eerste vermeldingen van de zoutbron dateren uit 1332 en 1337 in documenten van hertog Ernst I van Grubenhagen.
