De Millenniumtoren is een 60 meter hoge tentoonstellings- en uitkijktoren in Magdeburg in Saksen-Anhalt. Het ontwerp van de toren is van de Zwitserse schilder en bouwontwerper Johannes Peter Staub.
De Millenniumtoren werd ter gelegenheid van de Bundesgartenschau 1999 in het Magdeburger Elbouwenpark opgericht. Hij herbergt een tentoonstelling over de ontwikkeling van de wetenschappen met veel duidelijke, deels interactieve experimenten. Onder andere kan men door een astronomische telescoop de klok van de Magdeburger Dom aflezen. Een Foucaultpendel, dat aan de top van de toren is opgehangen, demonstreert de rotatie van de aarde.
