Het natuurreservaat Buckowseerinne ligt op het grondgebied van de gemeente Schorfheide in de Landkreis Barnim in Brandenburg. Het ligt binnen het 1291 km² grote biosfeerreservaat Schorfheide-Chorin.
Het gebied met het kenmerknummer 1450 werd op 24 mei 2004 onder bescherming gesteld. Het 511 ha grote natuurreservaat met de Grote Buckowsee strekt zich uit ten noordwesten van de kernstad Eberswalde. Aan de westelijke rand loopt de A 11, door het gebied heen de provinciale weg L 238 en oostelijk de L 23. Ten zuidwesten strekt zich het 73,5 ha grote Üdersee uit en ten noordwesten het 765 ha grote Werbellinsee.
