Bij Arsène's kunt u kwaliteitsgerechten proeven, geïnspireerd door het land en de natuur: een goede boerenterrine, gemarmerde ham van de plaatselijke slager, een gerijpte Münster kaas, een zeldzame wijn.... Producten die een verhaal te vertellen hebben!
Clara houdt van dingen als cornflakes en groenteschalen, wokken, volkoren pasta met pesto of garnalen in kokossaus. Originele gerechten geïnspireerd door haar vele reizen, gerechten die goed zijn voor ons maar ook voor de planeet! Is dat niet leuk?
