Deze route begint in het centrum van Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, vlakbij de Meurthe, aan de kade van Maréchal Leclerc. Je trapt in de richting van het station voordat je het Kemberg-massief bereikt. Vanaf daar wordt de route zeer bosrijk en geniet je van de rust van de omgeving. Enkele uitdagende passages en je komt weer op de weg die je naar de rand van Vanémont brengt. Je neemt nu de richting van Taintrux, waar je een verfrissende pauze kunt nemen voordat je verdergaat en het centrum van Saint-Dié-des-Vosges weer bereikt.
