De London Eye is een 135 meter hoog reuzenrad aan de zuidoever van de Thames en een van de bekendste bezienswaardigheden van Londen. Het rad heeft 32 glazen capsules die elk plaats bieden aan tientallen bezoekers en in ongeveer 30 minuten een volledige omwenteling maken. Tijdens de rit genieten bezoekers van een panoramisch uitzicht over de stad, met zicht op iconische gebouwen zoals de Big Ben, de Houses of Parliament, St. Paul’s Cathedral en Buckingham Palace. Bij helder weer kan men tot wel 40 kilometer ver kijken, waardoor de London Eye een onvergetelijke ervaring biedt voor wie Londen van bovenaf wil ontdekken.
