Cowden () is een klein dorp en burgerlijke parochie in het Sevenoaks District van Kent, Engeland. De parochie ligt op de noordelijke hellingen van de Weald, ten zuidwesten van Tonbridge. De oude High Street heeft graad II-lijsten cottages en dorpshuizen, en er is een herberg genaamd The Fountain. Bij de volkstelling van 2011 was de bevolking van het dorp 818.
De Romeinen bouwden de London to Lewes Way over wat nu de tuin van Waystrode Manor is. De eerste eigenaren van het landhuis ontvangen het van King John in 1208.
