De Sperrins of Sperrin Mountains (van Irish Speirín , wat 'kleine top' betekent) zijn een reeks bergen in Noord-Ierland en een van de grootste hooglanden in Ierland . Het bereik strekt zich uit over de provincies Tyrone en Derry van het zuiden van Strabane naar het oosten tot Slieve Gallion in Desertmartin en het noorden in de richting van Limavady . De regio heeft een bevolking van ongeveer 150.000 inwoners en is een aangewezen Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty .
