Harskamp is een dorp in het noordoosten van de gemeente Ede in de Nederlandse provincie Gelderland, gelegen op de rand van de Veluwe en de Gelderse Vallei. In 2021 had Harskamp 3.545 inwoners.De naam is een samenvoeging van 'Hars' en 'kamp'. De naam komt rond 1313 voor als Hernescampe, Herlescampe en Herscampe, werd in 1333 gespeld als 'Hoerscampe' en een goede eeuw later als 'Harscamp'. Een kamp is een stuk omheinde grond dat in bezit is van een enkele persoon De latere betekenis werd algemener: veld, akker. Het eerste naamdeel komt uit het Middelnederlands: ors, ars, met de betekenis 'paard'.
