In het buurtschap Loveren (tussen knooppunt 92 en 80) ligt een kleine Belgische enclave. Hier staat het huis met 2 huisnummers: het Belgische nummer 2 en het Nederlandse nummer 19. De grens loopt hier dwars door de voordeur. Rond de zestiende eeuw was hier Herberg De Swaen gevestigd. In Baarle geldt de voordeurregel. De plaats van de voordeur bepaalt in welke gemeente de bewoners zijn ingeschreven.
Vanaf knooppunt 13 fiets je over een fietspad langs rivier de Mark. Bij knooppunt 31 kun je linksaf slaan om het bedevaartsplaatsje Meersel-Dreef te bezoeken. Verder op de route ligt nog de Strijbeekse Heide, het Chaamse Hoenderhok en het Bels Lijntje.
