Voeren és un municipi belga de la província de Limburg regat pels rius Voer, Berwijn i Gulp. El 2007 tenia 4.261 habitants. Es troba a la frontera lingüística belga, enclavat entre la província de Lieja i la frontera amb els Països Baixos. És conegut per un conflicte entre neerlandòfons i francòfons, que va durar del 1977 al 2000, i que en certs moments va arribar a desestabilitzar el govern nacional de Bèlgica.
