Aquest petit oratori dedicat a Notre-Dame de la Salette va ser construït l'any 1854 per encàrrec de Madame de Clerfay i està fet de maó i pedra calcària.
Sota coberta amb campanar de torre, l'oratori consta d'una nau que acaba en un cor a tres vessants. A la façana principal, s'accedeix a l'edifici a través d'una gran badia d'arc amb doble porta i un parapet amb vitralls .
Les obertures laterals són d'estil neogòtic, amb la seva forma ogival, i tenen vitralls . A l'interior hi ha un cartoix gravat amb la inscripció: "EN MEMÒRIA DE MADAME / DE CLERFAY / MORTE A CHIMAY EL 1872 AL SEU 72è ANY. / VA SER LA FUNDADORA D'AQUESTA CAPELLA / QUE VA CONSTRUIR EL 1854 I ON VA ACABAR LA VIDA. ORACIÓ I DEVOCIÓ / TOTS ELS QUE LA CONÈIXEN TENEN / GUARDEN UN BON I PIA MEMÒRIA D'ELLA / PREGA PER LA PAU DE LA SEVA ÀNIMA.”
L'edifici està tancat amb una reixa de ferro forjat de mitjan segle XIX.
