El bisbat de Montepulciano-Chiusi-Pienza és una seu de l'Església catòlica, sufragània de l'arquebisbat de Siena-Colle di Val d'Elsa-Montalcino, que pertany a la regió eclesiàstica Toscana. El 2013 tenia 69.953 batejats d'un total 73.134 habitants. Actualment està regida pel bisbe Stefano Manetti.
La diòcesi comprèn els municipis de la província de Siena de Abbadia San Salvatore, Cetona, Chianciano Terme, Chiusi, Montepulciano, Pienza, Radicofani, San Casciano dei Bagni, San Giovanni d'Asso, Sarteano, Sinalunga, Torrita di Siena i Trequanda.
