Parha fou un districte fronterer entre Lukka i els hitites, problement situat a l'est de Lukka, identificat amb la clàssica Pamfília. Fou breument ocupat per la gent de Lukka al començament del regnat d'Hattusilis III però els hitites el van recuperar poc després. La capital fou la ciutat de Parha, després Perge.
