El Torneig d'Istanbul 2016, oficialment conegut com a TEB BNP Paribas İstanbul Cup 2016, és un esdeveniment de tennis femení sobre pista dura que pertany als International Tournaments de la WTA. La novena edició del torneig es va celebrar entre el 18 i el 24 d'abril de 2016 al Garanti Koza Arena d'Istanbul, Turquia.
La tennista local Çağla Büyükakçay va guanyar el primer títol de la seva carrera i va esdevenir la primera tennista turca en guanyar un títol individual. La seva rival, la montenegrina Danka Kovinić, havia de disputar ambdues finals però a causa d'una lesió produïa durant la final individual, hagué de renunciar a participar en la final de dobles.
