Tösens er en kommune med 755 indbyggere i distriktet Landeck i delstaten Tirol. Kommunen er en del af retten Landeck. Tösens ligger ved en trang passage i Oberen Gericht, den øverste del af Tiroler Inntal. Kommunens område omfatter opsamlingsområdet for Tösner Bach, som munder ud i Inn ved Egg. Denne flyder i en højde på ca. 900 meter. Fra ham stiger landet mod øst, først skovklædt, derefter over alper og til sidst høj-alpin op til over 3000 meter i Glockturmkamm i Ötztaler Alperne. De højeste toppe er Innere Rifenkarspitze, Pfroslkopf, Glockhaus og Bergler Fernerkopf.
