Kaltenbach er en kommune med 1324 indbyggere i Zillertal og tilhører distriktet Schwaz i Tirol. Kommunen ligger i retskredsen Zell am Ziller. Kaltenbach ligger i den mellemliggende del af Zillertal på venstre side af Ziller, overfor Stumm, ved Kaltenbachs grusaflejring. Kommunen består af hovedbyen og spredte landbrug på bjergskråningen.
