Bielerhöhe forbinder Vorarlberger Montafon med den tirolske Paznaun. Passhøjden ligger på 2037 m over havet, lige nord for Silvretta-opbevaringssøen og helt på Vorarlberger område. Bielerhöhe er det højeste tilgængelige punkt på Silvretta-Hochalpenstraße, en betalingsvej over Bielerhöhe, som på grund af sin eksponerede beliggenhed er lukket for almindelig trafik om vinteren. Man kan dog nå passhøjden fra Partenen via Vermuntbahn og en tunnel fra illwerke vkw AG samt det sidste stykke af den sædvanlige pasvej gennem en taxatjeneste.
