Poeke Slot er et slot ved Poeke, en delkommune af Aalter i den belgiske provins Østflandern. Bygningen er helt omgivet af vand og er tilgængelig både foran og bagved via en bro.
Hvornår det første slot blev bygget på stedet kan ingen finde ud af, men det er sikkert, at Poeke allerede blev nævnt i 1139. Bygningen har spillet en fremtrædende rolle i konflikten mellem Ludvig af Male og Gentinerne i 1382. I samme år faldt Eulaard II af Poeke, da han forsøgte at standse fremrykningen af de gentiske militser ved slaget på Beverhoutsvejen, de havde tidligere indtaget hans slot.
