Bouillon er en by i den belgiske provins Luxembourg. Kommunen, som også inkluderer et dusin nabo landsbyer, har næsten 5.500 indbyggere og er en del af arrondissement Neufchâteau. Bouillon domineres af det middelalderlige slot af Godfred af Bouillon. Byen er et turistcenter; om sommeren er der meget turisme langs floden Semois, som snor sig rundt om den gamle bykerne.
