Sankt Maria Kirke er sognekirken i den tilhørende landsby Voormezele i den Westflamske kommune Ieper, beliggende på Voormezele-Dorp 1.
I 1068 stod den første kirke her, som var klosterkirken til Voormezele Kloster. Gennem historien blev denne flere gange ødelagt og genopbygget, og under den franske revolution blev kirken og klosteret ødelagt. Fra 1807-1811 blev en ny kirke bygget i neoklassicistisk stil. Det var en kirke med tre skibe og en indbygget vesttårn.
