'Engelbamp' er en historisk vejtracé og hulvej. Denne vej optræder på historiske kort fra det 17. århundrede, men stammer formodentlig fra den tidlige middelalder. Den skulle være anlagt i den tidlige middelalder som forlængelse af en romersk vej fra Hoei via Landen-Velm til Sint-Truiden. Langs dette tracé etablerede abdien i Sint-Truiden sin landejendom og gård Nieuwenhoven. Her finder du også et udsigtspunkt oven på skråningen af hulvejen, hvor du kan beundre skyline'en af Sint-Truiden.
