Otterberg er en by i Landkreis Kaiserslautern i Rheinland-Pfalz og administrationssæde for det kommunale fællesskab Otterbach-Otterberg, som den også tilhører. Otterberg er klassificeret som et grundcenter i henhold til statslig planlægning.
Otterberg ligger cirka fem kilometer nord for Kaiserslautern ved foden af Otterberger Skov, en del af Pfälzerwald. Nord og øst for byen ligger statsskoven Otterberg. Nabokommunerne er – med uret – Höringen, Winnweiler, Lohnsfeld, Wartenberg-Rohrbach, Sembach, Mehlingen, Kaiserslautern, Otterbach, Katzweiler, Mehlbach, Schneckenhausen og Heiligenmoschel.
