Oftersheim er en kommune i Rhein-Neckar-Kreis, Baden-Württemberg nær Heidelberg med cirka 12.000 indbyggere. Oftersheim danner et sammenhængende byområde med nabobyen Schwetzingen og er en del af metropolregionen Rhein-Neckar, et byområde med 2,4 millioner indbyggere. Det i år 766 første gang nævnte Oftersheim i Lorscher Codex har i århundreder tilhørt Kurpfalz.
