Puschwitz, obersorbisk, er en kommune beliggende cirka tolv kilometer nordvest for Bautzen i det saksiske Oberlausitz. Den tilhører forvaltningfællesskabet Neschwitz og det sorbiske bosættelsesområde i Sachsen. En stor del af befolkningen, især i delene Jeßnitz, Guhra og Lauske, taler sorbisk som modersmål.
Puschwitz ligger i centrum af Landkreis Bautzen. Syd for kommunen løber A 4. Denne kan nås via tilslutningen Salzenforst. Øst for kommunen løber B 96.
