Euskirchen [ˈʔɔɪ̯skɪʁçn̩] er en mellemstor by i Rheinland og har samtidig været administrationscenter for den navngivne krets siden 1827 i det sydvestlige Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Euskirchen fik sine byrettigheder allerede i 1302 og har i dag over 56.000 indbyggere og huser mange centrale institutioner samt er centrum for en region med et forsyningsområde på over 190.000 mennesker. Dele af den gamle bymur og tre voldtårne, som tilhørte byens befæstning, findes og står ved siden af bygninger med moderne arkitektur. Inden for den middelalderlige bymur strækker gågaden sig. Modersmålet for de fødte Euskirchener er Eifeler Platt, som har andre karakteristika end det Kölner Platt, som er meget udbredt i regionen. Navnet Euskirchen betones på den første stavelse.
