Klein Glienicke er en bydel i Potsdam, der i begyndelsen af det 20. århundrede blev kendt som en bade- og udflugtsdestination. Under den tyske deling var Klein-Glienicke en funktionel eksklave og "Sondersicherheitszone" i Den Tyske Demokratiske Republik og blev således betegnet som "blindtarm af DDR". De dele af stedet, herunder de kendte Schweizerrækker, står på listen over beskyttede UNESCO-verdensarvssteder.
Klein Glienicke ligger ved foden af Wannseer Böttcherberg mellem Griebnitzsee og Glienicker Sø, sydøst for Glienicker Bro. Dette er den eneste del af Potsdam på den nordøstlige, berlinske side af Teltowkanal og Havel. Med byen Potsdam er Klein Glienicke kun forbundet via den ensporede, oprindeligt til fodgængere tænkte Parkbro over Teltowkanal til bydelen Babelsberg i sydøst. Den også bygget Enver-Pascha-bro til køretøjer blev ødelagt i 1945.
