Bad Krozingen Station er den vigtigste station i den navngivne kurby Bad Krozingen. Den ligger ved Rheintalbahn og den private Münstertalbahn, som her har haft sit udgangspunkt siden 1894. Adressen på stationen er Bahnhofstraße 1.
Statsstationen har altid haft to perronspor med yderperroner, hvor spor 1 er husperron. Ved det nordvestlige spor 2, som også har en sideperron, stod godshuset med ladens spor. Det blev fjernet efter opgivelsen af godshåndteringen. På perron 2 stod også det mekaniske signalhus, som også blev revet ned. Nord for passagerstationen lå opbevarings- og overhalingsspor. Også overgangen til sidesporet var og er i dette område. I 2014 er de blevet reduceret til overdragelsessporet til Münstertalbahn.
