Pannewitz, obersorbisk, er en by i den øst saksiske Landkreis Bautzen og har siden 1993 tilhørt kommunen Neschwitz. Byen ligger i Oberlausitz og tæller til det sorbiske bosættelsesområde.
Byen ligger cirka ni kilometer nordvest for den store købstad Bautzen og fire kilometer syd for kommunens centrum i Oberlausitzer Gefilde. Pannewitz ligger på den nordvestlige skråning af Schwarzwasser-dalen. Mod vest stiger terrænet mod Neulauske og Guhra med cirka 50 meter; den sydligt flydende bæk ligger cirka fem meter lavere end byen.
