Laguardia [1] er en spansk kommune i provinsen Álava, i den autonome region Baskerlandet. Den ligger 64 km fra hovedstaden, Vitoria, og er en del af kommunen La Rioja Alavesa. Den ligger på en højdedrag og er omgivet af en mur, som blev bygget af kong Sancho den Stærke af Navarra. Fem adgangsporte til byen er stadig bevaret: Mercadal, Carnicerías, Páganos, San Juan og Santa Engracia.[2] Dens gader og kroge bevarer en stor middelalderlig atmosfære. Økonomien er baseret på vinindustrien, med egen produktion og mange vinmarker.
