Uzech er en fransk kommune med 216 indbyggere i départementet Lot i regionen Okzitanien. Den tilhører arrondissementet Gourdon og kommunesamarbejdet Quercy-Bouriane. Indbyggerne kaldes Uzéchais.
Kommunen ligger i kulturlandskabet Quercy, cirka halvvejs mellem byerne Cahors og Gourdon sydvest for Centralmassivet. Nabokommuner er Peyrilles mod nord, Gigouzac mod øst, Laval-de-Cère mod øst, Saint-Denis-Catus mod syd, Catus mod sydvest samt Thédirac mod vest. Til kommunen Uzech hører bydelene Richard, Laprade, Tounis, Le Banaudi, Roques, Moulès og Monges.
Gennem Uzechs kommuneområde fører en to kilometer lang tunnel til jernbanelinjen fra Orléans til Montauban.
