Winnezele er en kommune i den franske Vesthoek, i det franske Norddepartment. Kommunen ligger i fransk Flandern i området Houtland. Winnezele grænser op til kommunerne Herzele, Houtkerke, Oudezele, Watou og Steenvoorde. Kommunen har over 1.200 indbyggere. Den første henvisning til landsbyen var som Winningasela og blev nævnt i et brev fra pave Calixtus II fra 1119, der anerkendte ejendommerne til Abbediet i Broekburg. Navnet er en kombination af et personnavn og suffikset -sala.
