Soppe-le-Bas er en fransk kommune i det urbane område af Mulhouse beliggende i den administrative kreds Haut-Rhin og, siden den 1. januar 2021, i området af den europæiske samfundsorganisation Alsace, i regionen Grand Est.
Soppe-le-Bas ligger vest for Alsace ved grænsen til Sundgau, 12 km sydvest for Cernay og 9,5 km sydøst for hovedbyen i Masevaux-kantonen, mellem de nabokommuner Diefmatten mod sydøst og Soppe-le-Haut mod nordvest.
Soppe-le-Bas er en del af Masevaux-kantonen og Thann-distriktet. Kommunens areal er 568 ha. Indbyggerne kaldes Soppois.
