Bosmie-l’Aiguille er en fransk kommune med 2616 indbyggere i departementet Haute-Vienne i regionen Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Bosmie-l’Aiguille tilhører arrondissementet Limoges og kantonen Aixe-sur-Vienne. Indbyggerne kaldes Bosmiauds. Bosmie-l’Aiguille ligger cirka syv kilometer sydvest for Limoges ved bredden af floden Vienne, som begrænser kommunen mod nord. Mod øst ligger floden Briance, som danner kommunegrænsen. Bosmie-l’Aiguille er omgivet af nabokommunerne Isle mod nord, Condat-sur-Vienne mod øst og nordøst, Jourgnac mod sydøst, Burgnac mod syd og sydvest samt Beynac mod vest.
