Goulet-traktaten er en fredsaftale, som ifølge chronisten Rigord, blev indgået torsdag den 18. maj 1200, i Gueuleton, nær Vernon, lige ud for forterne på Øen med okser.
Kongen John af England, kaldet John uden land, anerkender den franske konges suverænitet over Plantagenêts kontinentale besiddelser.
