Charlwood er en landsby og civilt sogn i Mole Valley-distriktet i Surrey, England. Det ligger umiddelbart nordvest for London Gatwick Lufthavn i West Sussex, tæt vest for Horley og nord for Crawley. Den historiske amtsgrænse mellem Surrey og Sussex løb syd for Gatwick Lufthavn. Grænserne blev reformeret i 1974, så amtsgrænsen mellem Surrey og West Sussex, der er afgrænset af Sussex Border Path, nu løber langs den nordlige perimeter af lufthavnen og den sydlige del af Charlwood.
En smal ryg af Sussex-marmor strækker sig gennem vest for sognet, hvor den følges over en afstand af Sussex Border Path. Højderne varierer fra 60 til 140 m over havets overflade. Ingen veje med dobbeltspor skærer området, og London Gatwick Lufthavn har sin perimeter umiddelbart mod sydvest.
