Newquay er en by på nordkysten i Cornwall i det sydvestlige England. Det er en civil sogn, feriested, regionalt center for luftfartsindustrier, rumhavn og en fiskehavn på den nordatlantiske kyst af Cornwall, cirka 12 miles nord for Truro og 20 miles vest for Bodmin.
Byen grænser mod syd til floden Gannel og dens tilknyttede saltvandområde, og mod nordøst til Porth-dalen. Byens vestlige kant møder Atlanterhavet ved Fistral Bay. Byen er blevet udvidet indad siden den tidligere fiskerby New Quay begyndte at vokse i anden halvdel af det 19. århundrede.
